Here is a new energy bar recipe I came up with this week, inspired by sticky date pudding and packed full of nutrition and energy for your next ride. Ingredients: 100g butter 400g dates 1 cup of sugar 50g of strawberry jam (optional) 2 tablespoons of dark muscovado sugar (definitely use this) 2 cups of rolled oats 150g of almond meal 200g of pecans (I would put more next time...300g) 2 serves of chocolote protein powder 2 tablespooms of milo (chocolote energy powder) 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon of salt Like, share and subscribe for more videos!
