J'ai réalise un 5km route ce week-end à Quiévrain, un 5000m très plat mais boueux avec des virages un petit peu comme les cross hivernaux, mais aussi avec des passages rapide mais mouillé ... 🥵 Mon objectif est d'allez chercher la victoire comme je l'ai souvent fait sur le 10km d'ailleurs, lors des précédentes années. Mais j'ai également envie pour cette première course de 2022, de faire un bon chrono sur 5km ! Je vais donc faire le maximum pour que le résultat soit le meilleur possible, surtout que je cours à Domicile ! 😎 Ce sera également la première compétition de mon tout nouveau short ! La Asociación atlética Talar Tigre realizó una carrera donde hubo las distancias de 5km competitiva, 3km participativas y 1km para los más chicos, en un día bastante caluroso donde pusieron un puesto de hidratación en mitad de la carrera, donde ayudo mucho para terminar soportar el calor, muy buena la organización.

Quer participar da primeira corrida de 5km? Nesse vídeo vou te dar as melhores dicas e mostrar na prática como funciona a preparação para a sua primeira corrida de rua! A maior parte das pessoas acham que participar de uma prova de 5km é muito difícil ou mesmo impossível de concluir, porém com algumas dicas simples será muito mais fácil que você imagina! Lembre-se antes de começar a praticar exercícios de alta intensidade é recomendável procurar um médico atestar que está tudo certo com sua saúde. Recentemente duas alunas minhas se interessaram em participar de uma corrida beneficente que tinha como objetivo arrecadar 1 milhão de reais para a construção de um hospital oncológico infantil A prova aconteceu em Curitiba e tínhamos um pouco mais de um mês para a preparação: A Renata tinha um pouco mais de dificuldade com a corrida, enquanto a Carol tinha um pouco mais de facilidade, porém preparamos um treino parecido para as duas. A planilha de treino foi elaborada de maneira personalizada alternando treinos de: Tiro (pequenas corridas seguidas de pequenos intervalos) o objetivo desses tiros é aumentar a sua velocidade que está acostumado a correr Treinos mais longos com velocidade mais baixa (para se acostumar com distâncias maiores) A maior parte dos treinos foram feitos em esteira, porém se não tiver esteira fique tranquilo pode treinar na rua, na verdade treinar na rua é com certeza a opção mais próxima da realidade da prova, porém por comodidade preferimos nos concentrar na esteira. Além disso fizemos treinos de musculação em média 2x por semana para fortalecer a musculatura e evitar lesões! ▶ Link da planilha de treino de corrida: 🤍 ▶ Calculadora para freqüência cardíaca máxima: 🤍 Se você nunca correu recomendo que procure um grupo de corrida ou uma assessoria para avaliar a mecânica de seu movimento para ver se você está correndo e respirando da melhor forma possível, pois assim que você melhora a sua mecânica não precisa fazer tanto esforço e economiza energia, conseguindo correr bem melhor! PODE ANDAR na prova? Claro que sim, se quiser pode andar todo o percurso, no caso da Renata ela teve que caminhar em dois trechos que a FC estava muito alta, para evitar que isso aconteça caso esteja cansado e apareça uma subida muito forte pode ir caminhando não tem problema, você vai ver que a maior parte das pessoas que participam da prova vão caminhar em algum momento também.
