Remove any excess liquid from the chicken before adding. - Other ingredients - 10g (0.35 oz) julienned young ginger 6 stalks spring onion (add the stem part first) 4 cloves chopped garlic 120ml (4.06 fl oz) water 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 1 tablespoon premium dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon crushed chilli pepper or chilli powder 1.5 teaspoons sugar Some cornstarch solution 1 tablespoon Chinese cookiing. oil (Shaoxing Huatiao wine) 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil = Don't know where to get the ingredients or don't know what they look like? Pasta, steamed veggies, mashed potatoes, rice, couscous or crusty bread. _ TIPS: • Chicken stock can be substituted with white wine as well. Mughlai Chicken Handi | Restaurant Style Chicken Handi | Chicken Handi Recipe | Chicken Handi by Spice Eats | Chicken Handi | Boneless Chicken Gravy | Chicken Recipe | Handi Chicken | Boneless Chicken Curry Recipe Ingredients for Mughlai Chicken Handi: - Boneless Chicken thighs, 1” pieces- 450-500 gms For Marination: - Salt- 1 tsp - Crushed Pepper- 3/4 tsp Spice Powders: - Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp - Coriander Powder- 2 tsp - Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder- 3/4 tsp - Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek leaves) - 2 tsp Other Ingredients: - Grated Onion- 100 gms (2 small) - Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp - Readymade tomato purée or paste- 4 tbsp - Whisked Curd/Yogurt- 3 tbsp - Cashew paste- 12 cashews - Green Chillies, sliced- 3 - Refined Oil- 3 tbsp - Coriander leaves, chopped- 2 tbsp Preparation: - Cut the boneless chicken thighs into 1” pieces. Marinate with salt and crushed pepper. Mix and set aside for 30 mins. - Grate the onion and whisk the curd/yogurt. - Make a paste of the cashew nuts. To make cashew paste, add the whole cashews into a grinder/blender and coarse grind into a fine powder. Add 3 tbsp water and blend into a smooth paste. Set aside for use later. - Slice the green chillies and chop the coriander leaves for garnish. - For tomato purée/paste, use readymade tomato purée available in stores. If not available, blend 2 medium red ripe tomatoes into a paste and use that instead. - Dry roast the Kasuri Methi (dried Fenugreek leaves) and crush it into a coarse powder with your hand. Process: - Heat oil in a wok or kadhai and add the grated onion. Fry on medium heat for 4-5 mins till the colour changes. Add the ginger garlic paste, mix and continue to fry on low to medium heat for 2-3 mins. - Now add the marinated chicken, mix and fry on high heat for 1-2 mins till the colour changes to white and slightly browned. - Add all the spice powders other than Garam Masala Powder and Kasuri Methi, mix and fry on medium heat for 3-4 mins. - Now add the readymade tomato purée, give a mix and fry on medium to low heat for 3-4 mins till it’s cooked and oil separates. - Now add the cashew paste and whisked curd/yogurt, mix it well and cook on low heat for 2 mins till oil separates. - Now add 150 ml water and sliced green chillies, give a stir and cover & cook on low heat for 15 mins till the chicken is cooked and oil separates. - Add the garam masala powder and crushed Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves), give a mix and simmer on low heat for 2-3 mins. - Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. #mughlaichickenhandi #chickenhandirecipe #chickenrecipe #bonelesschickengravy #handichicken #chickengravy #chickencurry #spiceeats #spiceeatsrecipes #spiceeatschicken

Restaurant Style Chicken Gravy | Chicken Gravy Recipe | Restaurant Style Chicken Curry | Chicken Gravy Recipe by Spice Eats | Chicken Curry | Chicken Gravy | Chicken Recipe Ingredients for Restaurant Style Chicken Gravy: - Chicken, curry cut pieces with bones- 500 gms - Onions, chopped- 2 medium - Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tsp Cashew-Red Chilli-Tomato paste: - Cashew nuts- 10 - Whole red chillies- 5-6 - Red ripe tomatoes-2 medium Powders: - Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp - Coriander powder- 2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp (Link to our Garam Masala Recipe: 🤍 - Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)- 1 tsp (roasted and crushed) - Oil- 4 tbsp - Salt- 1 tsp Preparation: - Chop the onions and quarter the 2 red tomatoes - Dry roast the cashew nuts and the red chillies in a pan on low heat for 2-3 mins. Set aside to cool. Coarse grind first and then add the quartered tomatoes. Continue to blend it into a smooth paste. - Dry roast the fenugreek leaves in a pan, allow it to cool and then crush lightly with your hand. Process: - Heat oil in a pan/kadai. - Add the chopped onions and fry on medium heat for 5-6 mins till translucent. - Now add the Ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins on low heat. - Add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powders and mix it well. Fry it on low heat for 2-3 mins after adding a splash of water. - Now add the chicken pieces, mix well and fry it on medium heat for 5-6 mins till the chicken is browned well. - Add the salt and mix it well. - Now add the cashew-red chilli-tomato paste, mix well and fry for 5-6 mins on medium heat till oil separates. - Add the Garam Masala Powder, mix and cook for 1 min. - Add 200 ml water, mix and cover & cook for 15 mins. - Remove the lid and add Kasuri Methi, mix and simmer for around 2 minutes. - Serve with chapati or rice. #restaurantstylechicken #chickengravyrecipe #chickencurry #chickenrecipe #chickengravy #spiceeats #spiceeatsrecipes #spiceeatschicken

Now saute this for a minute then add Onion (diced), Capsicum (diced) again saute it for a minute and add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Coriander Seed Powder. Next, mix it properly and add remaining Masala we have removed earlier then add Cashew-nut Paste saute this for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Now add Salt, Water. Now add the gravy to the Chicken mix it properly to which add Garam masala Powder, Green Chilli (chopped), Ginger (julienne), Dried Fenugreek Leaves mix it again and cover it for 2 minutes. Chicken Karahi Restaurant Style | Chicken Karahi | Easy Chicken Karahi Recipe | Chicken Karahi Recipe | Peshawari Chicken Karahi | Chicken Kadai Recipe | Chicken Karahi Recipe by Spice Eats Ingredients for Chicken Karahi: (Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon ) Chicken - 500 gms (small curry cut pieces with bones) For frying chicken: - Salt- 1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp - Pepper Powder- 1/4 tsp - 4 tbsp oil Spice Powders: - Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp - Black Pepper Powder- 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp Other Ingredients:- - Ginger Garlic paste- 1.5 tsp - Onions, sliced-2 medium (150 gms) - Green Chillies, sliced- 3 - Coriander leaves fine chopped- 2 tbsp+ 2 tbsp for garnish - Red Tomatoes, sliced- 3 medium (around 200 gms ) - Salt - 1/4 tsp (while frying onion)+ a pinch to season at the end - Ginger julienned - 1 tbsp - Butter - 1 tbsp Preparation: - Wash and pat dry (or strain the water) the chicken pieces - Fine slice the onions and slice the red tomatoes. - Slice the green chillies, fine chop the coriander leaves and julienne the ginger. Process: - In a karahi, heat 4 tbsp oil and then add the chicken pieces. Also add the salt and spice powders specified while frying. Fry for 5 mins on high heat till browned. Now cover & cook on low heat for another 10 mins. - Remove from heat and set aside. - In the same oil add the sliced onions and fry on medium heat for 8-9 mins. Add 1/4 tsp salt while frying. Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry on low heat for 2 mins. - Add the spice powders & a splash of water and fry on low heat for 2 mins. - Now add the fried chicken pieces, sliced green chillies and fine chopped coriander leaves. Mix and sear for 2-3 mins till well combined and then add the sliced tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt. - Mix and fry for 2 mins. Now cover & cook on low heat for 10 mins - Add the ginger juliennes and chopped coriander leaves. Fry 2 mins on low heat. - Lastly add 1 tbsp butter. Serves: 4-5 people Chicken marination & cooking Ingredients: CHICKEN | चिकन 1 KG (CURRY CUT) SALT | नमक TO TASTE KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 TBSP CUMIN POWDER | जीरा पाउडर 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER | धनिया पाउडर 1 TSP GARAM MASALA | गरम मसाला A PINCH GINGER GARLIC PASTE | अदरक लेहसुन कि पेस्ट 2 TBSP GREEN CHILLI PASTE | हरी मिर्च कि पेस्ट 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE | निंबू का रस 1 TSP OIL | तेल 2 TBSP Method: To marinate the chicken, transfer it into a bowl & make cuts on the pieces, then add salt to taste, kashmiri red chilli powder & the remaining ingredients of the marinade, mix well & coat the chicken well with the marinade, you can marinate the chicken overnight or you can cook it directly as well. To cook the chicken, add oil in a hot pan & once the oil gets hot add the chicken in the pan & cook over high flame for 2-3 minutes on one side then flip it, then cover & cook over medium flame for 10-12 minutes, you don’t have to cook the chicken completely. Transfer the chicken into a bowl once it gets 75% cooked & pour the remaining fat in the pan over the chicken. Your chicken is ready. Base gravy Ingredients: TOMATO | टमाटर 8-9 MEDIUM SIZED OIL | तेल 2-3 TBSP ONION | प्याज़ 2 MEDIUM SIZED (CHOPPED) GINGER GARLIC CHILLI PASTE | अदरक लेहसुन और मिर्च कि पेस्ट 4-5 TBSP (COARSE) (20-25 GARLIC CLOVES, 5-6 INCH GINGER, 4-5 GREEN CHILLIES) POWDERED SPICES TURMERIC POWDER | हल्दी पाउडर 1/4 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER | धनिया पाउडर 1.5 TBSP CUMIN POWDER | जीरा पाउडर 1 TBSP GARAM MASALA | गरम मसाला 1/2 TSP SALT | नमक TO TASTE Method: To make the base gravy you’ll first need to blanch the tomatoes, make cross cuts over the tomatoes & add them to the boiling water & boil them for 10 minutes. After boiling them for 10 minutes strain them using a spider & transfer them into a bowl. Once the tomatoes cool down, add them into a mixer grinder jar & grind them into a coarse puree. Further heat a handi or a large kadhaai, then add oil & let it heat nicely as well, once the oil gets hot add the chopped onions & cook them over medium high flame until they turn golden brown while stirring them at regular intervals. Once the onions turn light golden brown, add the ginger garlic paste, stir & continue to cook until the onions turn golden brown. Once the onions turn golden brown, lower the flame & add all the powdered spices & add hot water immediately, stir well & cook the spices for 3-4 minutes or until the oil separates. Once the oil separates, add the tomato puree & salt, stir well then cover & cook the gravy for 20-25 minutes over medium flame & your base gravy for chicken changezi will be ready. Final gravy Ingredients: OIL | तेल 4-5 TBSP CURD | दही 1/2 CUP (WHISKED) FRESH CREAM | फ्रेश क्रीम 4-5 TBSP GARAM MASALA | गरम मसाला 1 TSP YELLOW CHILLI POWDER | पीली मिर्च पाउडर 1-1.5 TBSP (OR SPICY RED CHILLI POWDER) SALT | नमक TO TASTE GREEN CHILLIES | हरी मिर्च 2-3 NOS(SLIT) CHAAT MASALA | चाट मसाला A PINCH KASURI METHI | कसूरी मेथी A PINCH FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया A SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED) Method: To make the final gravy, set a tawa over high flame & once it gets hot, add the oil & let it heat nicely as well. Further add the base gravy along with curd, fresh cream, garam masala, yellow chilli powder & salt, stir well & cook over high flame for 20-25 minutes while stirring at regular intervals. After cooking it for 20-25 minutes the gravy will become dark, then add the cooked chicken into the gravy along with green chillies, chaat masala, kasuri & mix well. Now cook it over low flame for 5-10 minutes until chicken gets fully cooked & the oil separates. After cooking it for 10 minutes sprinkle fresh coriander & your chicken changezi is ready. Serve it hot with tandoori rotis. Chicken Changezi Recipe Restaurant Style | Changezi Chicken Curry | Chicken Changezi | Chicken Changezi Recipe | Changezi Chicken | How To Make Chicken Changezi | Chicken Curry | Chicken Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Changezi: - Chicken, large pieces with bones- 1 kg For the Marination: - Salt- 2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tbsp - Lemon Juice- 2 tsp - Whisked Curd/Yogurt (thick) - 6 tbsp (120 ml) Onion-Cashew Paste: - Onion, sliced- 2 medium onions (around 160 gms) - Cashew nuts- 16 Spice Powders: - Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 2.5 tsp - Coriander Powder- 3 tsp - Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp Other Ingredients: - Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tsp - Readymade Tomato Purée- 8 tbsp - Room temperature Cow Milk - 150 ml - Fresh Cream-4 tbsp - Chaat Masala- 1 tsp - Kasuri Methi, dry roasted and powdered- 2 tsp - Oil or ghee- 3 tbsps + 2 tbsps for frying the chicken - Salt for seasoning- 1/2 tsp Preparation: - Marinate the chicken pieces with ingredients specified and set it aside for 30 mins. - Slice the onions. - Now take a pan, heat 1.5 tbsp oil and add the sliced onions. Fry on medium heat for around 8-10 mins till light brown in color and then add the cashew nuts. Mix and continue to fry on medium heat for another 1-2 mins. The onions should not become too dark in colour. - Now set aside, cool and grind it to a paste by adding around 2-3 tbsp water. - To fry the chicken pieces, heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and place the marinated chicken pieces side by side without the extra marinade. Fry on high to medium high heat for 3 mins and then flip the pieces. Continue to fry on high to medium high heat on this side for 3 mins. Fry for another 2 mins on medium heat on each side till uniformly browned. - Use readymade tomato purée/paste for this recipe. If not available, blend 2 medium sized red tomatoes and use that instead. - Use boiled milk cooled to room temperature. - Dry roast the Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) and crush it with your hands when cooled. Process: - Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste. - Fry on low heat for 2 mins and then add the tomato purée. - Give a mix for a minute and then add the Onion-Cashew Paste. - Mix and fry on medium heat for 4-5 mins till oil separates. - Add all the Spice Powders and 1/2 tsp salt and cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins till oil separates. - Now switch off heat and add the room temperature milk (boiled and cooled) and give a mix. And now, I make it every week. Seriously, who can say no to these crunchy nutty little bites of chicken? And this recipe could be the best sesame chicken you ever had. 🥢 RECIPE - Note: Here I want to correct a mistake in the video. At 03:16 I said to heat up the oil to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. It was an audio mistake, please keep the oil temperature at 380 degrees Fahrenheit while frying. I am really sorry about that. The video is already uploaded, I can't edit it anymore. Ingredients to marinate the chicken (Serve 2-3 people with some white rice) - 1 lb chicken thigh, cut into 1.5 inches cubes - 2 cloves of garlic - black pepper to taste - 1.5 tsp of soy sauce [Amazon Link: 🤍 - 1/2 tsp of salt - 3/8 tsp of baking soda - 1 egg white - 0.5 tbsp of starch (add it to the marinade) - 1 cup of Potato starch (use it to coat the chicken) - 2 cups of oil to fry the chicken Ingredients for the sauce - 2 tbsp of Honey - 3 tbsp of brown sugar - 2.5 tbsp of Soy sauce [Amazon Link: 🤍 - 3 tbsp of water - 2.5 tbsp of ketchup - 1 tbsp of vinegar - Sweet potato starch water to thicken the sauce (2 tsp of potato starch mixed with 2 tsp of water) (Amazon Link: 🤍 - 1 tbsp of sesame oil [Amazon Link: 🤍 - 1.5 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds [Amazon Link: 🤍 - Diced scallion as a garnish INSTRUCTION Cut some boneless and skin on chicken leg into 1-inch size pieces. You can use chicken breast if you wish to. Marinate the chicken with 1 tsp of grated garlic, 1.5 tsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of salt, some black pepper to taste, 3/8 tsp of baking soda, 1 egg white, and 1/2 tbsp of starch. Cornstarch, potato or sweet potato starch, they all work, depends on what you used for the coating later. Mix everything until well combined. Cover it and let it sit for 40 minutes. Add half of the starch into a big container. Spread it out. Add in the chicken. Cover the meat with the other half of the starch. Put on the lid and shake for a few minutes or until the chicken is coated nicely Heat up the oil to 380 F. Add the chicken piece by piece. In less than 2 minutes, you can feel that the surface is getting crispy and the color is slightly yellow. Take them out. Then we gonna do the second batch. Before that, you might want to fish out all those small little bits. It is optional but it does affect the quality of the oil. Keep the temperature at 380 F, and fry the second batch of the chicken. Once you are done, let all the chicken rest for about 15 minutes and we gonna double fry the chicken. Double frying will stabilize the crunchiness so it last longer. At the end we will coat the chicken with some glossy sauce If you don’t double fry it, the chicken might not be crispy while serving. You just keep an eye on the color. In about 2 or 3 minutes, it will reach that beautiful golden color. Take them out and set it aside. Next, we gonna make the sauce. In a large bowl, add in 3 tbsp of brown sugar, 2 tbsp of liquid honey, 2.5 tbsp of soy sauce, 2.5 tbsp of ketchup, 3 tbsp of water, 1 tbsp of vinegar. Mix them until well combined. Put your wok on the stove and pour all the sauce in. There is some sugar sink in the bottom of the bowl, make sure you clean that. Keep stirring the sauce on medium heat. Bring it to a boil and pour in some potato starch water to thicken the sauce. This just 2 tsp of potato starch mixed with 2 tsp of water. Keep stirring until it reaches a thin syrup texture. Introduce the chicken back into the wok, along with a drizzle of sesame oil and 1.5 tbsp of a toasted sesame seed. Toss everything until the chicken is coated nicely. Take them out. Garnish it with some diced scallion and you are done.
