Sa tingin ko lang, nasasabi ito ng iba simply because there are due dates in settling the taxes like Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, at Transfer Tax. If these taxes are no paid on time, may iniimpose na penalties, interest at surcharge.
