Happy Friday! I am so pumped to see you here to get this workout in with me! Today is a 30 minute full body workout and we have six exercises to rock through. We will complete 3 rounds of each exercise and our final round will be a 2 minute max out round. Complete as many rounds of the exercise in that 2 MINUTE MAX OUT as you can! Welcome to Day 10 of MOVE! Let's get stronger together with this short and spicy chest and triceps workout! Grab your MOVE workout and stretch calendar for November 2022 HERE! 🤍 This upper body workout is going to target our chest and triceps in the best way. We will complete 4 rounds of our first two circuits for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest focusing on a tempo of 2-0-2. This means 2 seconds to lower the dumbbells and without pausing 2 seconds to push the dumbbells back up. The second half of the workout we will complete 3 rounds of the circuit and it will involve your core too! We are closing it out with the infamous push-up and dumbbell push across move. I want you to rock this workout with dumbbells that are 75%-85% of your maximum dumbbells weights for each exercise. I used anywhere from my 10 to my 25 pound dumbbells for this one so grab your weights and let's crush this one! Exercises: 1. Chest press 2. Chest Fly 3. Skull crushers 4. Tricep oh Extension 5. Let's do this! Welcome to Day 11 of MOVE! Let's get stronger together with this leg and glutes workout! Grab your MOVE workout and stretch calendar for November 2022 HERE! 🤍 This leg workout is going to target our quads, glutes, and hamstrings in a straight set format to encourage progressive overload. We will complete 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 seconds per exercise and 15 seconds rest focusing on a tempo of 2-0-2. In each round I will CHALLENGE you to step it up in some way. You can choose to accept the challenge or not, as long as you complete the workout working your hardest, this is all that matters! Be ready for an epic finisher as well. OHHH my goodness are you ready? Welcome to Day 8 of MOVE! Let's get stronger together with this leg and glutes workout! Grab your MOVE workout and stretch calendar for November 2022 HERE! 🤍 This leg workout is going to target our quads, glutes, and hamstrings in a straight set format to encourage progressive overload. We will complete 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 seconds per exercise and 15 seconds rest focusing on a tempo of 2-0-2. In each round I will CHALLENGE you to step it up in some way. You can choose to accept the challenge or not, as long as you complete the workout working your hardest, this is all that matters! Be ready for an epic finisher with your glute band as well. I also want you to rock this workout with dumbbells that are 75%-85% of your maximum dumbbells weights for each exercise and grab your glute bands, bench, sliders, and yoga block as well!
