Nicely done training. I have bought my first roller to improve my skills on the road. Thanks for tips how to improve my traing but in my case the yourney with the roller will be hard and very long ;D. Thank you for inspiration! :)
She’s the best cyclist I’ve ever seen on rollers in my life and I’ve been riding a bike for 30 years👍💪💪
Rollers aren't difficult, they are just a shock to your brain and muscles. Your brain expects a forward movement when you peddle but gets confused when the you remain stationary causing most to fall off.
Easiest way is to curb the anticipation and be confident, it's a cycle the damage possible isn't that high unless you are one of those sickly looking cyclist with no muscle mass, leave that level of conditioning for the pros(paid athelete) no average Joe cyclist needs to ruin their body.
My cycle rides like camel ride due to wheel being not true
better than GLOBAL CYCLING NETWORK..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I see your cat! (In the TV screen...I see your cat in the TV screen) };-)
Enjoy the videos.
Wow I love your energy it's just a giggle with all this doom and gloom about 😂😂😂
Your roller videos are great fun. I have sent one to my mate who is quite good at Triathlons etc and you sound a bit like her ( Lynn Clay?). I`ve sent her the one of you outside.
What brand rollers do you use?
I'll have to give it a go with my cleats but with regular shoes, I can fairly comfortably mount and dismount in a "medium tall gear" by simply having my dominant leg (left) at about 1 o'clock on its pedal whilst the other foot is standing on the frame, then I simply stand up, my weight gets the wheels spinning, and away I go. The next trick I want to master with my rollers is cycling without my left knee hurting...Cheers!
ON my rollers as I trained in the winter for the 1980 and 84 Olympics the old clip peddles with shoe cleats was a trick. But it builds great core and upper body small muscles. Great Job. I a few times Rhode my rollers outside a Market for Charity on my rollers for 5 hours. If people dropped a Donation of $5.00, I would. Sprint at 55MPH for two minutes straight. HAHA good bunny hops at the end.
Hello from the USA! Just bought my rollers and waiting for them to arrive in the mail!!! I believe your video will prove helpful. PS. Love the sleeve

Try starting on the rollers when you’re 5’4”. You made it look so easy with your long legs ☺️
