This video is an update to the already online video about the manual installation of a docker environment on a Raspberry Pi 3B+. The docker environment was configured to use microservices and some containers were activated. The containers were: - MQTT - Node-RED - Influx DB (incl. Telegraf) - Grafana In this update video we edit the identical process, only automated by a very good script, provided by gcgarner. This script makes it possible for almost anyone with a Raspberry Pi and some Linux knowledge to implement an IoT environment in Docker on the Raspberry Pi. This video does not include the preparation of the required SD card and operating system. We start here with a Raspberry Pi started for the first time. In this video we start with the general settings in the Raspberry Pi operating system, such as expanding the memory area on the SD card, changing the password and hostname, adjusting the memory and updating the system. In the next step we prepare the Raspberry Pi to work with the script from gcgarner. Which we will do after the preparations and configure the IoT stack.
